UNIDO's Quality Infrastructure Programme for Central Africa, the PIQAC, supported the improvement of quality at every stage of the quality infrastructure system throughout the Central African region.

The Programme ran for 4 years in 7 countries at the regional, governmental, private and public levels to strengthen the framework and institutions ensuring the quality of products and production processes. It also provided training to consumers, SMEs and small producers to raise awareness about the importance of quality and its pratices.

The project has been implemented by UNIDO in cooperation with the Central African Economic and Monetary Community (CEMAC) and Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS), and funded by the European Union (EU). Considering the results achieved and lessons learned during this pilot phase, the continuation of the project is now expected and fully justified to ensure long-term impacts on quality, economic growth and development in the region.

What does this sentence even mean? It has no meaning.
And what did you make them spend a lot of money on now? Money that should have been spent on these people instead of on some EU/UN project that put these countries deeper in debt and only line the pockets of already way too rich people.

What do you do about the manslaughter of civilians in Nigeria. 120 people were killed and beheaded as reported by at least one news channel yesterday (Febr. 19, 2019). And you are operating industrial organizations of some kind? People are being misplaced and someone is stealing their land so they can't provide for themselves and their families.

Someone wants to build mega-cities where no on can afford to live, and where no one will have work. Because the same people will also see to that there will be an AI workforce instead of real people doing the jobs. And the sick cult is still at work planning these things while everything else is falling apart. It defies logic. Only in the minds of sick people..
