Tuning a scooter cvt after big bore or exhaust

Why it’s important to dial in your cvt. We get calls DAILY from people running the wrong cvt parts. Your cvt tuning is the bulk of the battle. If your trans isnt tuned right your giving up major power, and acceleration/top speed. Give us a call if your bike is boggy, and your in need of guidance! Be VERY careful when taking advice from online sellers that dont have a physical service shop. Do it once, do it right and be happy. :)

Ok so i have a exhaust bon mine so far i put the yellow contra spring and clutch spring first but i didn't like it for couple reasons so i went with the red Contra spring and clutch spring but im about to put in a 80cc motor with same spring in it i hope it has more power then

I have areox 50cc stock engine, stock carb.
Yasuni Z muffler.
Polini variator with 5.6g rollers and polini clutch with yealow small springs and blue 22kg main spring.
Its not going till 25km/h. After 25km/h it is very good accelarating and going 80km/h top spees.
I looked at variator, it seems going up to fast at low rpm. May it be that rollers to heavy?

I've had 3 vento r4 scoots and got a lithium not long ago and it has the cheap pipe that's got the pinkish can on it and no name and what you described is exactly what doing.
It's like taking off in 3rd gear in a car then it gets going after about 10mph.
All my other ventos were peppy all the way up to over 40mph.
Ive got a extra motor off a beamer and gonna put the stock muffler back on the vento for now till I get build up cash.

Grwat video this the same concept for 4 stroke . Ive got a yanaha xmax 300. Im very bew to alll of this tuning world . But im just a bit curious as to how i can get a bit more out of my xmas .I've watched so many conteadicting vidoes about variator kits and roller weights .
My bike is fully stock what would be your first mode for a bit more acceleration without sacrificing tooo much top end . Variator kit ? Rollers ? Exhaust ? Combination ?

PLEASE HELP !! What if ive got an exhaust and the top speed / acceleration has dropped 15mph and the revs have gone from 7.5 on the clock to 6 on rhe clock ??

I installed a 70cc kit and feels like I can't get a right carburetor adjustment (pwk21mm), but I just noticed when I rev the engine on main stand it revs full throttle, . But when I ride it goes up to 50kmh, about half throttle then It bogs down, . Could it be a cvt, . I don't think it's jetting because no matter what carb adjustments I do it's about the same, . I hope you could help me..

Installed a 70cc and a new pipe 4, 6 g scooter runs smoothly on idke but if you rev it the wheel doesnt roll, just sits there, only revs up to 4k

Hey i got a NRG Piaggio 50cc stock engine with Gianelli reverse pipe.I put yellow clutch springs and 4.2 rollers.Bike is not moving till 7000 rpm then when it grabs it goes like crazy.I cannot drive it in the city like that please help.
