That little mouse must be extremely brave to not scurry away when it sees you there.  Pretty sure that's why most people think it's fake.  Mice, no matter how hungry, are timid creatures and will scurry away.  Looks like a very tame one here, but fake or not that's pretty gross (cute mouse though)!

I see some people calling it fake and why there is no employee in the store bt the fact is i was the one opening the store early morning when i saw the rat in the cookie display case so took my ph out and started recording it and next thing i quit the job. Thank you for all the response tho.

Most places in New York, especially older buildings, get house mice at winters unless the building has a vigorous pest control. Usually they stick to in-between the walls, but if you leave food overnight, or around long enough, they come out.

Seems really odd that he's a customer, at least on that side of the counter, and there are no employees around. The cookies appear to be fresh because the box is full of them. I don't recognize the language. Those are some strange double chocolate chip cookies. What wild mouse or rat doesn't try to hide when the room's fully lit? I only know pets that are that way. Just seems strange, like it's all set up, too many coincidences.

You can see at 1 minute in the reflection of the cookie case, it is a subway employee that is taking the video. I can see the subway visor in the reflection.

i worked at subway and i know for sure that there is no way that a mouse could have gotten in there by itself. when the drawers to the cookie thing is shut completely there is no way anything could get in there. I really believe that this was a set up. theres no way that you just walked in to open and if so why was there already stuff put into the cold well and a bag with items in the back on the table. watch how you take photos/ videos cuz ppl notices things in the back ground not just the main attraction. LOL
