10 Beautiful Nebulae in the Milky Way

Nebulas are really interesting and beautiful. In this video we will explore 10 of the most gorgeous nebulae in our galaxy : The Milky Way. I used the program Space Engine as well as real images by NASA and ESO ... (all attribution down below).

Nebulae in order: Helix, Eagle, Carina, Ring (M57), Cat’s eye, Owl, Trifid, Orion, Hourglass, Crab.

What I find the most stunning about nebulas is that their size is so vast it's impossible to grasp. They are so big that it can take years, nay, _decades_ until the events happening in one edge of it will be even visible in the other. This always blew my mind.

I love looking at nebulae. My favorite will always be the Eagle Nebula, though, or the Pillars of Creation. It's also known as the Star Queen Nebula, because of so many stars being created there. When I die and go to Heaven, I want to build a castle right into the Eagle Nebula, it already looks so much like a castle to me, and it would be my little kingdom of light. 🥰🌌🌠💫🕊️
