Steak for dinner!? (Easy Marinade)

Steak Skewers 🥩
For your steak: using a 2lb piece of flank.
Cut your steak into 1” pieces and place in a large bowl.
Now grab a bowl and combine your seasonings: 2 Tbsp olive oil, 3 Tbsp. lime juice, 4-5 minced garlic cloves, ¼ cup pineapple juice, 2 tsp cumin, 2 tsp chipotle powder or if you don’t have chipotle use chili powder , 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp smoked paprika. Whisk this all together and then pour over you steak pieces. Massage this in so everything is evenly covered and let sit for 1 hour!
Now to prep your veggies:
Cut all your peppers, and onion into pieces about 1”, then your mushrooms just cut in half. Toss these into a bowl and season with a hefty pinch of salt, onion powder, garlic powder and about 2 Tbsp olive oil.
Once your steak has finished marinating, grab your skewers and start layering your meat and vegetables. There is no wrong way to do this, just don’t pack them to tight together that the heat cant get to the middle!
Cook this on the grill for about 10-15 min, flipping a couple times to evenly cook. Enjoy
