Heirloom glitch?

I have hit level 500 in October 2020 and till now I have bought every battle pass, completed every limited mode for packs and also bought 60 packs. But no heirloom yet, looks like EA hates me a lot.

Edit: Guys finally I have got my heirloom shards 🙈

From the comments, it immediately becomes clear who received the relic and who did not. The pack after opening one with shards is always yours lol

I believe doing this every time you get a pack just increases your chances of getting heirloom 😁

i got my first heirloom at level 7 on a alt account and everyone's like "your so lucky" but they dont know i had a previous account on level 500 but i lost the password
