I've had a stutter for ~35 years now. It's severely affected my entire life. I'm 41 year old 6'2" 240 pound truck mechanic and I'm scared of making phonecalls because I never know when I will get stuck on a hard consonant and the person on the other end of the line will just laugh at me. Oftentimes it's my own name!
