The Bay Area School of Ministry's mission is to strengthen the work of God in the Bay Area by raising up leaders through our Pastoral Residency Program and strengthening existing pastors through our Pastoral Cohorts.

BASOM’s Residency Program equips and develop the next generation of leaders for a lifetime of effective ministry in the Bay Area and beyond.

BASOM’s Pastoral Cohorts help pastors and ministry leaders in the Bay Area sustain healthy, fruitful and resilient ministry so they can continue to lead and advance the Gospel in the Bay Area and throughout the world.
