best advice is never give the full amount for any job that has to do with your house, and best of all make sure they have license to build homes or even repair them only give them 20% down, and if they start giving you excuses tell them see yah later its simple really, now if they have a you tube account and they do this for living which most of them do they you they are the real deal .
