Hey, this is my piano cover of Ashes by Eden by Breaking Benjamin. A few bits of this video seems a little "out" as i recorded the audio last night, then recorded the video today but played some parts differently. Nothing too bad though so yeah, thanks for watching :)

I was listening to ashes of Eden only a second before my grandpa passed away last night. Me and him haven't had a real conversation since 2018 now because of his Alzheimer's so even if i could have been there by his side last night i couldn't have had a goodbye so i consider this song as our goodbye now. Came here this morning looking for a piano rendition and i found yours to be the best, it does the best at conveying the emotions i felt with the original song.

Oh man, I started to tear up to this. How is it that piano can make just about anything sound that much more beautiful? I seriously need to start learning how to play.

I played piano many years ago but stopped playing shortly after a good friend of mine died of pancreatic cancer (she loved my songs I've recorded for her). The original song has a special place in my heart and your piano cover was the top one in my random search. This may sound corny, but your rendition of this song has made me want to get a keyboard and play again. Thank you and amazing performance.

Absolutely beautiful.. Thank you so much for helping me find my possible wedding song lol. I've loved the song since it came out but the lyrics might not be the best for a wedding so I've been dying to hear a piano cover. Gorgeous! :)

sounds good dude. I've been looking around YouTube ever since this song came out for someone doing a piano cover so I could learn it too, because I learn piano by listening to music. so thanks for posting this, now I know how to play it too.
