When I was going throug my divorce and I knew it was over and she had checked out, I was in such pain I fell to my knees and cried out to the heavens because I felt so sad and broken..the response I got was silence, I felt so alone. This song reminds me of that time and just trying to hold on because my kids were little and needed me.
God heard me and helped me get back on my feet and eventually stronger then ever. Please don't give up

At least to me, makes me think about someone that has been there for you even though everyone has turned their backs on you, and that only person for x reasons had to go out from your life, And you don't have nothing but the ashes of eden (the moments that you shared, that someway them made you happy for a moment) And you wish to open up your eyes and believe that this is only a long bad dream...

ok, saw them live and was blown away... This was no different! Jesus everyone can kinda sound like Ben when doing backup, or even when taking over main vocals (i've seen it lol) this band is ridiculous, one of the true originals and a genuine talent for the ages

I love BB and can never decide which song is my favorite, because they all are! Ashes of Eden is up there. I had the pleasure of seeing them during a preshow intimate acoustic performance last week at PNC in NJ. After being a fan for 20+ years since their beginning, I've seen pretty much seen everything BB put out there. His voice during the acoustic performance was the BEST I've ever heard him sing. I had to stop myself from crying!
