Thanks to mining profits falling through the floor, tons of GPUs have started absolutely flooding eBay, and the best part is they’re well below MSRP.

So it looks like if you waited for prices to drop it absolutely paid off, but honestly it's probably worth waiting a little bit longer, because cards like the 6700 XT aren’t that much cheaper used, and even the RTX 3090 which can be had for around $1,100 (or $400 plus under MSRP) is a very risky purchase with the memory on the back that gets insanely hot when used for mining, and the RTX 40 series right around the corner.

Remember! These scalpers and miners probably bought these on credit, the FED is upping interest rates and if their loans are not fixed then the APR will eat them alive. Let them hold those bags till the IRS and credit collectors force them to offer an even bigger discount 🤣🤣🤣

please do not buy the trash 3000 series. buying pre owned gpu is one thing. buying ones that are used to the limit from mining all those years is another. and they are still being sold at a relatively high price despite being almost 2 years old now. and most importantly do not give those scalpers who destroyed the supply chain of gpus and made us suffer all this time your hard earned money. forget rtx 3000 and never look back. let us all begin fresh with the 4000 series that are coming soon. let the scalpers keep all their gpus stacked up in boxes at home unwanted and eating dirt.

we keep saying theyre dropping but all thats happened is that most of them are a little bit over msrp 10-70€ im still waiting for under msrp by a generous amount. Theres no way im paying anywhere near normal prices after whats happened

If people are gonna stay going after top of the line cards. I’m gonna be honest, y’all are best off just rocking a mid tier GPU like the 3060/3060 Ti that is still capable of 2K @ 60 FPS. These higher echelon cards are going to remain around $1, 000 for a very long time because of their raw power.

And don’t fret about not being able to get your hands on latest models. Nowadays intensive programs barely require the performance that the latest hardware is release with. Go and buy the freshest cards you can afford, or hey make that bread for the best.
