Great info sir.
I need your suggestion for TB patient with recurring cough. I have made a remedy selection but not totally sure. Please advice.
Patient middle aged Emaciated, weak, Tall and thin, sensitivity of all senses. Inherited tuberculosis with family history. Has affected right upper lobe, stabbing pain in chest worse on lying on affected right side. Productive Cough with yellowish green and sometimes white copious expectoration. Expectoration easier when turning to left side in bed. Cold-burning sensation inside sternum.
Also had active TB during childhood. Was Suppressed by allopathy, which probably has caused psoriasis around puberty age..skin is itchy and burns on scratching, ..now also having psoriatic arthritis and fused distal finger joints. Lymph nodes enlarged in groin area.

Considering Tb is with the wet cough.. have started bacillinum 200 one dose until constitutional remedy is started. Given Acalypha indica Q (is there any better suited alternative option in Q). Also given Natrum sulph 6x tab.
Now considering to start Arsenicum Iodatum LM 0/1. Sir, Please give suggestion and insights on suitable remedy in this case.
