utterly absorbing, and they are all true stories ! A relatively unknown part of the allies war effort. So glad I found this little gem and thanks for uploading, it is really a very good radio programme.

Great crackly wireless recording, enjoyed all of it... but whoever did the sound effects of people's footsteps reminds me of my gran behind the curtain at the school panto with two halve coconuts😂

Lt. Col. Pinto’s HQ and intelligence/interview centre was in Wandsworth, London, previously a Victorian Asylum for Single Women (not psychiatric, but as a ‘refuge’) and subsequent to the war, reinvented as Spencer Park School for Boys. There were always myths about both the place being haunted (?!) with a light sometimes seen from the top windows of the highest tower and of a tunnel from the building to Wandsworth Prison - several hundred metres away across a large main road. The latter might have some substance, as the suspects in these cases were hanged at the prison.

I love to watch it with captions but seeing this stupid logo all the time is more then annoying I'd say. Get rid and replace to something more sophisticated.
