I perpetually sweat unless I’m in a room about 65 degrees or less. It’s really exhausting, because the process requires a lot of energy. I just try to avoid triggers when possible, because my aspergers starts to make me freak out because of all the stimulation. I’m drenched right now. I’m not even fat. It’s strange.

I sweat everytime i move. Like drenched. It's gotten worse with age and I'm at the point where I can't wear makeup or even wear my hair down.

my hands sweat a lot, my feet too, I can't wear high heels and sandals with heels, or if I have to I wear some invisible socks or I customize it somehow so it will be invisible... stuff like that. it's really exhausting.

If they cut the nerve that makes you sweat then won't that put you in danger of over heating?

I've had this problem since childhood and I'm an adult and it's absolutely annoying thats note even the word. I wish their was some way they could help or correct this problem without surgery.

The diet we eat heavy in meats, poultry, fish and fat, eggs and lots of dairy, can be big triggers for hyperhidrosis. I went vegan thinking it would help my arthritis and it did but it cured my hyperhidrosis too and I’m in menopause!

I do eat soy as it helps with hot flashes a lot. I did not learn about the diet until I just turned 62 and not I’m almost 70. If I could have lived this way my whole life, I would never have suffered so much. I was cold and clammy and would sweat even at 40 degrees. Caught cold a lot.

Learn about the diet. Even if it does not work for you immediately, it makes a big difference over time as it is good for detoxing the body from just about everything. I cannot drink coffee because of caffeine. I have a Zero Water filter. I am very sensitive to many things. I’ve learned how to cook so it tastes good. My heels and finger tips would split also and I had eczema and asthma and that’s all gone too.

Do find out more about the Whole Food Plant-Based diet. It cures or reverses so many chronic conditions. Give it a try for a couple of months as it takes some time to detox.

After a lifetime of this sweating, I do sometimes have anxiety as it is my mental habit by now, but it does not make me sweat any longer. The diet even stopped the hot flashes of menopause. Can you imagine getting hot flashes with menopause hot flashes also? I did go through some years of both. Horrific.

I suffer from night sweats and I accidentally solved it by consuming marijuana, I noticed I got a good night sleep woke up dry and feeling fresh and relaxed, but I don't want to be dependent on it, wish I would get another method !

Well, watching how the puddles of sweat just dried up within 48 hours was so satisfying, I used what I read about the other day. Although it actually took about 72 hours for the my sweating to normalize, I went ahead and go'ogled the latest by Cynthia Yulesin and I don’t have to change clothes 2 times a day.

i’ve noticed marijuana helps quite effectively with my sweaty palms and feet, the only caveat being i can’t be high 24/7 and when i did try to regularly medicate and mitigate the sweating, it resulted in me having to ingest the substance hyper frequently( every few hours to hour) and it eventually stopped working when i would have sudden sweat triggers( i;e stress, anxiety) and not to mention when you stop using it you have extreme hot flashes which caused me to sweat at extreme rates. this is just my personal account with much trial and obvious errors but if anyone has a similar account please share, i feel as marijuana could have much potential in future science for treating this disorder
