The son of former Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina, Sajeeb Wazed has said that her mother "is back in a leadership role" and is in touch with many Awami League party leaders. Hasina, who was the prime minister of Bangladesh for 15 years and provided economic stability to the country was toppled after widespread protests on 5th August. Since then she has been in India.
Speaking to our diplomatic correspondent Sidhant Sibal, he said, she has "not applied for asylum in any country" so far and "eventually wants to go back to Bangladesh. She does not want to spend her life outside".

Democracy means the Awami league government. There are always similar problems where there is dynastic politics.

I have two theories regarding this crisis, and it seems more focused on India than Bangladesh.
First, it could be linked to India's Prime Minister's visit to Russia, prompting the West to send a message to India.
Second, India might be aligning with the USA to establish a new front against China in Tibet. In response, China may be signaling that if India attempts to turn Tibetans against them, Hindus in Bangladesh could face repercussions.

There should have flow of foreign funds and hands to uproot the previous government and is evident from the decision to continue the protests even after their supreme court order on reservations came out. The most probable foreign hand is of US . Because they want a base in Bangladesh or north east India against China . And this explains how a mere suggestion to consider reservations for Meiteis by a court order to the government in Manipur created massive protest and massacres in that state. The Christians in Meiteis burned the churches of the Christians in Kuki and the Kuki burned the churches of Meiteis. Muslims and Hindus in both the groups killed each other . But the whole unrest has been projected as violence against Christians by showing burning churches. So without the knowledge of a foreign country that has special interests in that area it will not happen.
