Awesome video and editing as always, but more importantly, awesome tips! I have sort of discovered tip 4 on my own when it comes to doing virtually anything, and find that just putting yourself out there helps to overcome that resistance. I would like to add that routines and having sensory cues helps with number 4 as well. Every time I brainstorm/write for one of my own movie ideas, I play the same peaceful instrumental music every weekend when i sit down to do it. And now that that music is associated with doing writing for me, It further helps to defeat the resistance since every time I hear the music, I am doing the writing. So when I hear it, I know to sit down and get to work. I've tried stuff like chewing gum as well, back in the day when I used to do homework and again that helped me get into my focused "mode" since everytime i chewed gum i was doing homework. #3 is an interesting tip too, never thought about writing like that

Yes! I literally said this out loud to myself today: i need to sit there at my laptop, at the desk and keep my body there... and be accountable. Not to just hold the image in my mind of sitting over there, but to get the f*ck up and do it. Sit there. Write anything. Every. Damned. Day.
