This is probably my favorite CCR song, and they were a great band. Those lines, "Bother me tomorrow/Today I'll have no sorrow" have lifted me out of many dark moods. Who can stay sad when this is on?

My grandfather used to play this all the time before he passed away
and I love it

Fogerty wrote it for his son who was just a toddler at the time. It was his way of introducing him to rock n roll. There’s a famous dr.suess book that inspired lyrics....what a genius idea. His kids are great musicians today playing along side of their father in Fogerty band

Trying to decide if this is was originally written for children or if it's about an acid trip. Either way, I love it!

Such an amazing song. I find it so inspirational for some reason that this was written for a 3 year old.

My love of Creedance Clearwater Revival and the fact that I'm reading Something Borrowed brought me here. This song makes me want to dance!

When I listened to this back in the 70's I thought it was so cool that they mentioned Buck Owen's. Still think the same. 🤠
