Flores is also suing the Dolphins, Broncos and New York Giants, alleging racism within the hiring process. Techniques for Revealing Racism: 

1. Naming: explicitly mentioning race by name––using words such as “racism, ” “racial inequality, ” “racial discrimination, ” “racial bias, ” etc. ––so that racism gets acknowledged and addressed.

2. Framing: using a racial frame to describe an issue––e.g. “racial profiling, ” “environmental racism, ” “transit racism, ” “racial redlining, ” etc.––so that institutional accountability and policy change becomes a central focus of the debate.

3. Explaining: making the existence of racism easily understandable and believable by: 

• Using concrete evidence,  
• Pointing out patterns, connections and causes
• Placing the focus of attention on institutions
• Appealing to people’s core values of moral fairness and moral decency
• Borrowing legitimacy and moral authority from respected sources
• Using irrefutable personal stories to illustrate systemic patterns, etc.

Every time an African American is denied an opportunity in America it becomes politically motivated.

It’s absurd to say a sport primarily played by African Americans is inherently racist because everyone who’s black doesn’t gets an opportunity. Plenty of children of all ethnicities dream to play or coach football at the pro level and never even get an opportunity because they simply couldn’t afford college.

This world is unfair to the poor. It’s not all about race gender and ethnicity. It’s quite absurd there’s Football players making multi millions to throw a ball across a field while hundreds of thousand of our war vets are homeless. Dealing with mental illness like shell shock and PTSD.

Millions of people can’t afford basic living conditions struggling to pay bills. People have to make sacrifices on a daily basis to just survive. Yet a coach who’s been in the league for years gets denied a job and it’s blasphemy.

This world needs a reality check. Poor to middle class men woman and children are suffering while these rich talk about who’s feelings are hurt. And why your political views should align with how they feel.

I think everyone can agree hate crimes against anyone’s race sex or religion is inappropriate and should be dealt with accordingly. (Not cancel culture) anyone being discriminated against should get the help they need. But every time something doesn’t go your way you can’t blame it on discrimination.

It’s entirely normal and professional to finish out all of your interviews even after you’ve made your decision on a prior candidate. The giants also picked several staff members from the former Bills which is a successful team the Giants are trying to imitate.

However this rule in place to protect the fair treatment of African American coaches tries to quantify a human experience and black coaches just end up getting treated like a quota.

He’s one of the best potential coaches to hire right now, so is Brian Daboll. Typical NFL bullshit trying to prop themselves by standing on the shoulders of the men and women who made football great.

We already had a defensive coach that was under qualified to be a head coach. And was really bad at the job. Fans would have been pissed if we hired this dude. Would have been 2 more years of high school offense? NFL coaches need to be better. Most of them are really bad! Why do NFL qb's not know how to read w defence? Coaching...
