The Giants did nothing wrong. This is stupid. Get rid of that rule. Teams will hire who they want anyway.

The lieing about CTE for decades didn't tarnish the NFL image. I haven't watched a game in 8 years.

31 out 32 teams have a white coach in a league of 70 percent black players…now if it’s all about ability are people saying hey white coaches are just better? Because based on numbers this makes no sense

Last 4 coaches averaged 24-25 records. All 4 were fires. All 4 were white. Why don't they talk about that.

What year was there a moral high ground in the NFL ? Why do older black men ALWAYS try to recall the time when the system worked differently ? What are you getting out of pretending that ever happened ?

I pray that the scandal of offering money to throw the games don't over shadow what the real intentions of equality for black people. It exists in the fiber of every money making company. Not just football. Until the hearts of people change and realise that racism exists nothing will change.

I'm black I want equality for everybody. But at the end of the day sure yeah the guy may have been asked to lose games but he took money lol. I can't go to the police and tell them that I did something illegal with my employer and got paid for it and then when the employer fires me now I'm complaining about it.

Makes no sense to complain about the ongoings of what someone does in their own house, Black and Brown folk need their own house, might have to start out on a smaller scale and work towards something bigger, much like Ice Cubes Big 3, why can't J, Puffy, Dre, ect do the same ? Working with the HBCUs could really help too, you may disagree but offer a better solution to the white preference of NFL Owners. The solution is not for those White owners to change, they won't and they shouldn't have to, the solution is for rich Black and Brown folk to own a league of their own. I understand Flores highlighting the issue's but ultimately, Black and Brown ownership is the solution.

Still I'm willing to bet my life there's multiple white folks out there saying "How dare Brian Flores stir up such ridiculous allegations "

Tbh. A person or persons has to believe, think or know a Black head coach can coach majority Black players. Just a thought.

Well you're not owed a job. Even if qualified that doesn't mean you get it. An owner should be able to hire who he wants. It's their team ; they own it. If I want to hire Tony Dungy out of retirement and am sure that he is the man that I believe can turn around my team why should I be required interview coaches I know I'm not gonna hire. It's a waste of there's and my valuable time. Even in the real world just because you're qualified doesn't mean you get the job and it's that simple.

its a pattern. On the down years they bring African American coaches to meet the quota

sounds like typical big corporation business as usual shenanigans but nothing racist. i guess the racism charge was inserted to make headlines & get the silly pc crowd worked up.
