4Z Universal Flow Meter: for measurements in lower and medium flow ranges

The universal flow meter 4Z is the ideal solution for measurements in the lower and medium flow range of liquids and gases. The configuration options are a major advantage of our new product. Rear, side or inline - thanks to the individual arrangement of the inputs and outputs and the wide range of connection options, the modular variable area flow meter can be adapted to a wide variety of installation requirements. Due to its design, panel mounting, wall mounting or an inline solution is possible.
Glass measuring tubes are available in four different sizes. In addition to the standard scales, customised scales are also available so that specific measuring ranges can be displayed. For the first time, we are now also offering the flow meter with a PTFE measuring tube for corrosive or pure liquids. It is not only the break resistance, especially with aggressive media, that makes our latest development so special - glass corrosion can also be avoided. Measurement data acquisition is just as flexible. The 4Z flow meter is available with the most common ring initiators to enable the transfer of specific parameters.
Depending on customer requirements, the flow meters are equipped with or without precise and tight-closing regulating valves. Variants with valves are used where accurate regulation is not possible via upstream fittings. It goes without saying that each of our flow meters is individually tested for leaks.
The universal flow meter 4Z is available in PP, PVDF and PFA with O-ring in FKM, EPDM or FFKM in the thread sizes 1/8", 1/4" and 1/2", as well as G and NPT threads.
