I put the Range module on my truck also about a month and a half ago…..my fuel mileage has actually gone up by about 1.5-2 mpg overall. City an highway driving, there has been an improvement. I’ve seen some that say they’ve gained and some say they’ve lost but I’ve definitely gotten a slight improvement

Just purchased one of these. I never new this was an issue, until I got a video suggestion in my feed. Really random. My 2018 has 66, 000 miles.

Wow that’s almost my exact truck. Same color except mine is Texas Edition. I put this device on when it was new and it’s been great. Gas mileage is terrible anyway so I haven’t noticed much about mileage. It runs smoother shifts less. It’s great device and I mainly put it on to prevent engine wear. Highly recommend it

I just purchased the Range technology unit for a 2016 c7 corvette. Although I’ve never heard of a corvette engine having an engine issue, I did want to take that chance. Works great so far.

The range technologies AFM delete will also help your transmission last longer. With the AFM the transmission isn't sure what gear to be in!

i think its a great idea to get it, like you said, you dont buy a truck for mpg, and its always in v8 mode as it should be

Put it on my 2020 rst silverado and did notice at leats 1 to 2 mpg differece i was averaging 19 to 20 mpg and with the device was getting 17.5 to 18.5 half city and highway driving not sure what it is mostly highway driving

GMC and Chevy trucks with AFM or the later DFM always get back to V8 mode before coming to a complete stop so not sure why you say when the light turns green you want V8 mode..You have it unless your truck has an issue..

I want to install this so I dont have to keep putting my truck in Manual mode, which slso takes away AFM. But for highway travel I want to keep it a V8. For my 2012 Avalanche Ive had from new
