Surgeon’s knot (double overhand knot)

With this technique you learn how to knot with both hands at the same time!
The doubled loop of the filament creates enough friction that the tension of the thread and thus the distance of the wound edges can be well controlled.
Continue by at least one full one handed knot for a permanent closure!

CAVE: Because both of your hands knot, the tension on the filament can decrease!
