Filtering By Fiscal Or Financial Year Months & Quarters In Power BI

Does your date table not include fiscal or financial year months and quarters in Power BI?

In this example, I am going to show you how you can include these in your date table so that filtering by them becomes very easy.

I would like to calculate the cumulation per fortnight and per month and camparer it on the same date of the previous campaign (which begins in June and ends at the end of May). Could you tell me what should I do please?

Excellent, but I;m yet on able to apply the ordder to a hierarchy, I could successfully sort the data acording to my FY thanx to you, I was aplanning on using a switch formula to convert the month name to the correct ordder but this was much neat.

In order to be consistent I always use an F to indicate it's Fiscal.
So, FY, FQ and FM.
No confusion possible :-)

This is really helpful but I'm stuck on changing the starting month in Fiscal year. If I want the Fiscal year to start in August do I change the 6 to a 7? e.g.

Fiscal Month Number = IF( Dates[Month Number] >7, Dates[Month Number] -6, Dates[Month Number] +6

As this is bringing back 14 months in a year...?
