CSS Tutorial for Beginners - 23 - The text align property

This guide still works well in 2021. I have a working idea of HTML and CSS so far. Even worked ahead and linked one of the pages in my folder to another page in the folder using <a href="">. Did not know you could use it to link files as well as external web pages. Idk if that is in this lesson or even this group of lessons, but I did it nonetheless. I also have written down a lot of what you have said so far as notes. Every video has a note so far. Hopefully I can make something out of these lessons, or maybe it will just be a fun pass-time

There is "justify" property as well.

may I know why the paragraph4 (that one we label with the id attribute) are being so different?
even before we had labelled it, its font setting couldn't change at all, neither font family, size nor colour.

for me this property is not working
I don't know why but so far all the properties in the previous videos all worked perfectly....
if anyone knows what's the problem please let me know
