Heading into the penultimate event of the 2013 CrossFit Games — The Cinco 1 — Rich Froning was on track to win the title of Fittest Man on Earth for a third year.
In a race to the finish line and an event win, Froning edged out Ben Smith by seconds, going unbroken in an 80-foot handstand walk.
