But if you are just starting out, there's "price discovery" going on to find out the market price is for a product or service. I understand when that's fairly well-established, you want to remain firm.

Everytime I cut the price for the hourly fee of my employee, I do not close the deal. Although I dropped it. Everytime. The customer will not book. The price is not the core issue. Never.
