മണിപ്പൂർ പ്രശ്നം മലയാളിക്ക് മനസിലാകണമെങ്കിൽ കേരളത്തിന്റെ ഭൂപടം വെച്ച് പറയണം. അതാണ് എളുപ്പം മനസിലാക്കാനുള്ള വഴി. (ഉദാഹരണം മാത്രം)
കേരളത്തിൽ ഇപ്പോൾ ബംഗാളികൾ ഏറെയുണ്ട്. അവരിൽ കുറേപേർ കുന്നുകളിലും മലകളിലും വീടുവെച്ചു കൃഷി ചെയ്ത് താമസം തുടങ്ങി എന്നു കരുതുക. വീണ്ടുംവീണ്ടും ബംഗാളികളും കൂടെ ബംഗ്ലാദേശികളും അവിടെ താമസം തുടങ്ങുന്നു എന്നു കരുതുക. ആദ്യം ആ കുന്നുകളിൽ മുമ്പേ താമസിച്ചിരുന്ന തമിഴ് നാട്ടുകാരായ ആദിവാസികൾ പ്രതിഷേധിക്കും. അക്രമം ഉണ്ടാവും. ഇടയ്ക്കിടെ കലാപം ഉണ്ടാകും. അതങ്ങിനെ 50 വർഷം നടന്നു എന്നു കരുതുക.
മലയാളികളൊതൊന്നും കാര്യമാക്കാതെ താഴെ സമതലങ്ങളിൽ താമസിക്കുന്നു. 61% ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന മലയാളി, സെൻസസ് കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ മനസിലാക്കുന്നു, തങ്ങളിപ്പോൾ കേവലം 52% ആയി കുറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു. അതു തന്നെ 8% മലയാളി മുസ്ലീം സമുദായം ഉൾപ്പെടെ ! അതോടെ മലയാളികൾക്കു ഒരു ഭയം ഉണ്ടാകുന്നു. ബംഗാളികൾ 25% മേൽ ആയിരിക്കുന്നു. മലയിലെ തമിഴരും ബംഗാളികളും തമ്മിലുള്ള ലഹള തീർക്കാൻ നടപ്പിലാക്കിയ നിയമങ്ങൾ അവരത്ര കാര്യമാക്കിയിരുന്നില്ല. മലമുകളിൽ താമസം തുടങ്ങിയ ബംഗാളികൾ സമതലങ്ങളിലും കോളനികൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കി താമസിക്കുന്നു ! എന്നാൽ മലയാളികൾക്കു മലകളിൽ ഭൂമി വാങ്ങാൻ പാടില്ല. ബംഗാളികൾക്കാണേൽ റിസവേഷൻ ഉണ്ട്, മലയാളിക്കതുമില്ല. ബംഗാളികൾ മലകളിൽ കഞ്ചാവു കൃഷി ചെയ്ത് മലയാളി യുവാക്കളെ നശിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. ( കഞ്ചാവു കൃഷി നശിപ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ് ആദ്യം പട്ടാളത്തെ ശത്രുക്കളാക്കിയത്.)
അങ്ങിനെ പുകയുന്ന അമർഷമാധ്യമുണ്ടാവുക സ്വാഭാവികമായും അതിനിടയാക്കിയ കേന്ദ്രത്തിനെതിരെ /പട്ടാളത്തിനെതിരെ തന്നെ. പക്ഷേ പട്ടാള സഹായം അവർക്കു വേണം, ശക്തരായ എതിരാളികളെ തുരത്താൻ. എന്നിട്ടു സ്വതന്ത്ര കേരളം ഉണ്ടാക്കണം.
അതോടെ അതുവരെയുള്ള 50 വർഷം തമ്മിൽ തല്ലിയ (20000 പേരെങ്കിലും കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു, ഒതുക്കാൻ വന്ന പട്ടാളക്കാരുൾപ്പെടെ) അവരതാ ഒരടവു നയത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി ഒന്നായിരിക്കുന്നു. മലയാളികളെ ഒതുക്കാൻ ! എന്നിട്ട് കേരളത്തിൽ നിന്നു മാത്രമല്ല, ഇന്ത്യയിൽ നിന്നും സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം വാങ്ങി മറ്റൊരു രാജ്യമാക്കണം. തമിഴന്മാർക്കോ,
അതിനിടയ്ക്ക് റിസർവേഷൻ കേസ് ഹൈക്കോടതിയിൽ എത്തുന്നു. ഉടൻ ബംഗാളികൾ പറയുന്നു-മലയാളികൾക്കു റിസർവേഷൻ കൊടുത്താൽ ഞങ്ങൾ കേരളം കത്തിക്കുമെന്ന്. ഹൈക്കോടതി വിധിച്ചു പണ്ടുണ്ടായിരുന്ന റിസർവേഷൻ മലയാളികൾക്കു കൊടുക്കണമെന്ന്. അതോടെ ബംഗാളികൾ കൂട്ടമായെത്തി ആധുനിക ആയുധങ്ങളുമായി മലയാളികളെ കൂട്ടക്കൊല ചെയ്യുന്നു.
അപ്പോൾ മലയാളികളെന്തു ചെയ്യും ? തിരിച്ചടിക്കും..
ഇതാണ് മണിപ്പൂർ പ്രശ്നത്തിന്റെ വേരുകൾ.
മെയ്തേയ് ആണ് ഇവിടെ മലയാളികൾ. കുക്കികൾ ബംഗ്ലാദേശുകാർ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്ന ബംഗാളികൾ. തമിഴന്മാർ നാഗന്മാർ. (ഉദാഹരണത്തിൽ ഒരു വലിയ വ്യത്യാസമുണ്ട്, ബംഗാൾ/ ബംഗ്ലാദേശ് കേരളത്തിൽ നിന്നുംവളരെ ദൂരെയെങ്കിൽ കുക്കികൾ മണിപ്പൂരിന്റെ അതിർത്തിയായ മ്യാൻമറിൽ നിന്നും അനധികൃതമായി വന്നവരാണ്. അവർക്കു വിദേശ ആയുധങ്ങൾ ഒരു കൈപ്പാട് ദൂരെ മാത്രം. )
മ്യാൻമറിൽ നിന്നു വന്ന കുക്കികളെ, കേരളം ബംഗാളികളെ കാണുന്ന പോലെ രണ്ടാം ഗ്രേഡ് ആയാണ് കണ്ടിരുന്നത്. അതാണ് അവർ മണിപ്പൂരിൽ നിന്നും സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നത്. അതു കിട്ടിയിട്ട് വേണം ആ രണ്ടാമതും സ്വതന്ത്രമായ ഭൂമിയിൽ കുക്കികളും നാഗന്മാരും തമ്മിൽ ഭൂമിക്കും കഞ്ചാവു കൃഷിക്കും വേണ്ടി കലാപം തുടങ്ങാൻ.
