This is why Tigh loved her; he never met a fifth he didn't like...

Tigh remembering his past life as John McCain.

Sucks for D'Anna. If she just waited a few more episodes, she'd be on Earth. Same with Duala.

That was it for D'Anna. The writers or whatever confirmed that she did indeed stay behind to die on Earth after this scene.

"She's gonna be pissed when she remembers I killed her."

I liked the original BSG alert sirens going off in the background. Immediately rammed home in my mind when watching that "all of this has happened before..." Then you think "what if"... What if the original BSG series was a previous loop of the Human/Cylon civilization. What if Galactica 1980 was that Earth... Ha ha crazy stuff.

I remember sitting through Revelations and this one and being like WHERE THE FRAK IS THE FIFTH CYLON!!! Come ON D'Anna why haven't you told us?!?!?!?! And then I saw this and I was like "oh THAT'S why" and its a better revelation than D'Anna ever telling them could be. The reason D'Anna probably never told them is that she thought that Ellen was dead like everyone else.

With as many fifths of Ambrosia as Ellen and Tigh enjoyed over the series, it's only fitting she would be the 5th.

There’s just something absolutely haunting and terrifying about seeing the flash from the nuke and hearing people screaming in the background.

Business Suit Saul Tigh was best Saul Tigh, change my mind

I guess it's time for me to re-watch the series. Several scenes have been uploaded recently that I have forgotten about.

I think that this ultimately ended up being mutually assured destruction: the Centurions rose up with nukes and the 13th Tribe retaliated and they wiped each other out. Kind of like if America and Russia went to nuclear war today.

I always figured D’Anna was the one who popped his eye out before she had her revelation. Thats why when she had it and she saw them she said sorry to one of them.

This scene and the one's once Ellen comes back make you wonder what all Cavill did when he wiped their memories because Ellen and Saul seem to have healthier interactions when they're who they truly are. Did he purposely rewrite them a little to give them a more difficult relationship?

I like how Tight figure out that Helen was the five colon

The Fifth should’ve been Admiral Cain. Now *that* would’ve been a mindscrew in so many ways.

Anyone else notice the classic Battlestar alert claxton in the music?

Who else thought they were going to run into a different set of cylons when they get to this "Earth"?

Thing is, 2000+ years after a nuclear war, that planet would be totally habitable. They'd have no problem setting up a new colony there. There probably wouldn't even be any ruins left or residual radiation to worry about. The air is clearly breathable, and there's obviously plant life, so the soil is still alive. They'd be at least as well off there as on New Caprica, which they seemed happy enough with.

The way she said that suggests that the Final Five have already been resurrected at least once.
