So through this video. i have shared few simple tips that are easy to start and will help you to guide to getting that glow up you wish for.

Hey!
If you are going thru this glow up process, hear me out!
I've been trying to glow up for 2 months now, and its working!
I'm more motivated to study, eat (i wasnt really healthy before) and im happier. It made a big difference in my life, its like im a new person!!!! So heres my tips for anyone who wants a mental glow up--
1- journal (its included in the video)
I've been journaling since january and its so fun to read old stuff i wrote! With a journal you can tell how much of a progress you did.
2- try not to care about what others think.
3- use the clothes you like without being scared of judgement!!! Who are they to choose what you'll wear today????
4- eat healthy, dont forget to eat everyday 3 times a day!! I recommend smoothies, fruits like apple and strawberry, raw carrots, sandwiches etc!
5- do exercises, it helps distressing and obviusly helps u being healthy!
6- spend more time without your phone, read a book, maybe write one, draw, play w your pets, plant flowers etc!

Hi! For those under 15 watching, please don't do any complicated skin care. I recommend using moisturizer and sunscreen only because during puberty your skin is still developing. Don't use any whitening creams as it will damage your skin in the long run. During puberty, which is starting at 12-18 years old, your skin will have problems, and its normal. I suggest for you to go to a dermatologist to see if your problems are the results of hormonal changes during puberty or something else. Don't use something because someone or an influencer used it. Different ingredients in skincare will effect differently on different people. The safe options if you want to start a skincare journey are facial wash, moisturizer, and sunscreen. Also lastly, you are still growing, so be patient. Lot's of love 🥰💕

Thank you so much. I have been NEEDING a glow-up for a few months now and this is awesome! Not just a skincare glow up but a mind glow up. I don’t wear makeup nor have a big skincare routine and I eat healthy. I don’t wear sunscreen everyday because not a lot of sun comes to my house. I don’t know if that’s okay but yeah. Having hairy body
Not having clear skin
Chapped lips
Frizzy hair
Dark circles
Belly fat
Dark knees
Smelly body

These are fine, if you have these proud your so natural !<3

Sleep enough
Brush teeth
Drink lots of water
Smile
Love urself
No toxic ppl in life
Simple skincare
(, aloe gel, moisturizer, SPF 50, lipbalm, lipgloss this is what I do for skin care)

So, I am 12 years old and I had been getting pimples and blackheads for a long time until I got my own skincare routine. I have really bad sensitive skin so I have been using sensitive skin face wash/body wash and it helps a lot! I haven’t got a pimple in three months. By the way, I first watched this video for four months so that’s how I learned to start a skin care routine. Also, my skin care didn’t start kicking in until after a month, so that is why I said “I haven’t got a pimple in three months”. Thank you so much for this video! :)

If u guys didnt have so much efforst for that glow up ways, there is a simple tips that can make an easy start to glow up
-wash ur face at morning and night
-brush ur teeth at morning and night
-wash ur hair for 3 times in a week, and always use serum so ur hair mush be soft and healthy
-always refuse ur stress with ur fav thing for 30 mnt-1 Hour
-brush ur hair 2 times in a day
-always sleep for 7+ Hour for u whi cant sleep can turn on some musics or relaxing ur mind, and blinks so fast for 30 scnd-1 mnt
-eat fruit or vegetable, if u guys didnt like vegetable, u guys should start eat it, eat the most common first, like carrot and brocoli, if u guys on ur diet, carrot and brocoli is good for ya
-drinks water alot, the minim is : 2.5 bottles a day
-for u gusy who under 12, u guys must use lipbam and dont use make up too much, just use lipbam, and under 15 just use the easy and common make up
-do the common sport like jogging, if u want some sports that more common is like stretching ur whoke boddy or maybe do yoga
-do this so routine and be it to be habit so u guys can glow uo so fast! Its can be 5-7 monts if u do it routine!

Hey everyone, just remember a glow up is supposed to reflect your inner beauty, your looks are not supposed to be how other people judge you or how you judge yourself, (i know this is cheesy but it's true) its the inside that counts. I know so many girls who are insecure about their acne and their faces but the have an amazing personality. Cleanliness is important and good looks are nice but all it really does is highlight whats inside of you. I love how you did not only focus on a physical glow up but a mental one! Remember: if your body does the things it needs to do to stay healthy, then you are fine. You don’t need to be super skinny like people you see on the media. Remember to take care of yourself physically and mentally! <3

for those who are still teens
use gentle foam and moisturiser only
if you have acne weather it's hormonal, pls do workout. Working out help to sweat your pores out, and then drink alot eat more veggies and fruits. it helps to balance the hormones. After workout make sure you wash all the sweat properly.

My glow up really isn’t about my looks it’s more about how I treat people, I haven’t been the best to my mother but in this past 2 ish weeks I have been pretty good so now I get to go shopping for clothes! It really is hard to become different but in the end it really does feel good and it makes whoever you were being mean to or whatever else less stressed and feel more better. If you struggle like I did, just know it’s a process to become better but in the end it will be so worth it anyways thanks for reading this and have a wonderful day beautiful person!💕
