I'm no longer a full blown libtard, sold the Tesla for a couple reason. This rant goes over the most annoying of them!

Let's work together

This guy sounds like a person who makes good impulsive decisions in life.

With rampant car thefts that are getting more violent, the best thing about the Plaid S is that it won’t get targeted for theft because the places they ship stolen cars do not have the infrastructure to use them (not to mention even if they did, you could kill switch your Tesla). That peace of mind is absolutely a huge advantage over every other $100k plus car.

THANKS FOR THE LIFT BRO!! 🔥 I loved my X, but lot of valid points on the build quality and interior lack of luxury.

Just spent 10 days with a 2023 Model S on a 14 hour road trip. This was my first longer experience with a Tesla other than test drives. I’ve driven all kinds of cars from normal cars to McLaren’s and Lamborghini’s…and I was not sure what to expect road tripping in an EV. Range anxiety went away pretty quickly and stopping for 15 or 20 min a few times along the way was not a big deal, and actually enjoyable. The autopilot was phenomenal. The only gripe was that once I got to the destination the closest supercharger was 30 min away. If I was able to charge at the place I was staying that would have been much easier. All that said, I took this road trip to help me decide whether to buy my own, and I will 100% be buying my own plaid in the near future.

I think the value you get for a 90k plaid is unmatched. Wickedly fast. Amazing tech, and just a lot of fun.

Its so strange how much people care what car people drive, what phone or what OS people use. Can't belive people using this or that care is affecting someone else's life that much.

You might be surprised that I'm a Model S Performance driver and enjoyed and subbed after watching this... i'm not offended by the gripes, they're legit. But I do feel differently... I love my Model S despite some minor flaws. I came from an Audi to my Model S and the build quality and material quality is lower. However, my Model S doesn't rattle and maybe since my version is a 2020, i don't experience the yoke issues nor missing turning signals. My model has the older interior which after almost a decade of production, has a little better fit and finish. Also, one KEY cog in my perspective, i bought my Model S used... 35k miles, practically brand new... but half the price of new. Evaluating my car as a 55k car drastically changes your expectations. All that being said, great video, interested to see where this channel goes.

Great vid. Some things I want to correct. All Teslas come with autopilot for free, which is adaptive cruise control. Full self driving is the $12, 000 software. The safety score can’t kick you out of the beta it can only accept you in, the requirement is 90. Only way for you to get kicked out is for you to be on your phone or not touch the wheel for 30secs-1min on 6 different occasions.

I’m picking one of these up when they’re in the 50k range. What a value! I hope people keep hating so me and my baby can be together.

How dare you critize

Joke, get a Taycan, or an M5, even better.

I‘ve been in multiple Model S‘ and can say the build quality is no where near my 35k Audi… Like you said - everything rattles or creaks smh

I used to hate road trips. With my Tesla I almost always drive now. I like stretching while charging and then using autopilot makes it very comfortable for road trips.

Teslas are big batteries and a car thrown around it. Big reason why they have great numbers but the ownership stinks.

No one would give a shit about Tesla if it wouldn't be an american brand.

Agree with all the build quality stuff but a hard disagree on charging. I live in the east coast and charging is a breeze. You get 300 miles on a charge not the 100 u quoted

Anyone who has owned a Tesla knows exactly what you're talking about. IF you pay 100K for a car, you expect perfection. You expect Mercedes, BMW, Audi perfection and at that price point those cars deliver. Tesla does not and will not until we stop buying them at that price point. We are the only ones that will force Tesla to make a better "worth it" product. My mom has an Audio SUV that was half the price of the PLAID. I get in my mom's car and I feel like I'm in an excellent car.
