Unfortunately for the best sports teams during the regular season, championships aren’t won then. And fortunately for teams who make the playoffs but don’t dominate during the regular season, championships ARE won in the playoffs.

You can be hot in the regular season and turn cold in the playoffs. You can be cold in the regular season AND get hot in the playoffs.

Shouldn't the teams that beat the best teams make them more deserving than ones that were bad in the playoffs

A championship team is still a championship. It I don't see why everyone gets all pissy when a poor regular season team lights it up in the playoffs. Unless they cheated their way to the playoffs or to the championship then they deserve it. The packers and cardinals ones were both very well deserving. They were both the worst teams to qualify for the playoffs in their seasons and they still won so I don't see an issue at all.
