None of the alternatives are doing it for me including YNAB which is very confusing to use and does not play nice linking with my accounts I’m so upset about Mint and the sad excuse for a “transfer” to Credit Karma… a joke really.. a slap in the face as it serves absolutely no functionality. At this rate I’ll be back to manually managing my budget in an excel doc and having to calculate all my expenses. How on earth has there not been an app developed that does what Mint does? It’s not like there isn’t a market for it… wtf. Also it should be free… just sell adds or whatever idc.

Main aspect I liked about Mint was the budget rollover. If you didn't spend the budget it would rollover to the next month. This is helpful if you're saving towards a purchase. Empower has all the features I need except for that one. Very frustrated I can't find a replacement with that feature. I tried the premium of every dollar but it wasn't great either.

I love the net worth feature. It has kept us motivated. Also we export the transactions for out taxes. This is gonna be such a pain to set up everything in a new system. Maybe I'll go back to the old apteadsheet system

thank you so much for this. I just had my first experience with karma. Not good. So not good. I will continue to watch your channel to see what you can recommend. .

Thanks for your great work on this, Brittany! I’m still reeling from the shock of learning that Mint is going kaput and your video gave me hope we’ll find an alternative. 🙏🙏🙏

I am hooked on YNAB now. It has transformed my spending in less than a month ❤

Thank you, Britanny. I've been wanting to try out Every Dollar for a while and now I can for 2 months free. Wouldn't have known about it unless I watched your video so Thank you.

Thank you for this! It was such a shame that Mint was closing and CK has zero tools. It simply shows you your credit scores and thats about it and this is after transferring data.

This is so sad! Mint was so helpful to automatically track every category 😢 I guess I'll have to try Every dollar

If I would prefer NOT to connect my bank accounts, is there any app that allows me to download my own transaction data and paste in? Thanks for your video!!

How important is to connect to the bank account ? Some people don't like that at all.

The main budgeting feature I loved about Mint was I would get alerts if we went over budget on something. I want to allot a set amount each month towards various expenses. It warned me that we were spending too much on groceries, so we made adjustments. Is there a good alternative out there that can do this for me?

Credit Karma IS NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR MINT.
In my opinion they should have offered different membership tiers before shutting down mint to help finance it.
OR - Integrate Credit Karma (assumine CK is somehow profitable) into mint instead.

Would you say Everydollar has as many categories and subcategories as MINT, can you also use the zero dollar method where you have a monthly estimate for each categorie so you can track if you go over?

Neontra isn't bad. At least as good as Monarch.
