Can you take one existing switch board and show? In the switch board I see 5 switches where there is 5 red wires coming to each switch and then the 5 switch neutral are connected together and 5 wires go to respective lights.. question is should each light have its own neutral wire?

Unless highly efficient fast acting surge and overcurrent protection system is not built into the system the gadget though impressive will remain useless as it's duty is to carryout automation and it has to be reliable. If the system fails, automation will fail causing implication depending on the job the system is to carry out. If it is used for home security, not Christmas decoration then it requires redesign.
