Man, so glad I found your video. I was following the instructions on Tasmota github page for the R3 Pro which say to use, "pin of R21 on the board to connect to the ground during powering for 3 seconds and release in order to put a chip in flashing mode." After a couple hours of unsuccessfully flashing the device I searched youtube and found your video. You press S1 during boot instead and this worked for me first try. Thanks for your content!

notice that for inching and interlocking you may use the tasmota command PulseTime and Interlock, which is safer than the automation, since it also works when pushing the physical buttons, or if the network disconnects between events, plus you save an automation.

Following your tutorial, I flashed my first Tasmota switch. Thank you. I've also delved into Node-Red, which has been daunting. I had a little trouble finding my dashboard. Once I did, I discovered that my relays are not functioning like yours. The inching function works only once. To get it working again, I have to re-deploy the flow. If you don't the dashboard switches turn on/off, but the relays don't change states, and the inching function no longer works. Also, the interlock does not work at all.

Does the Tasmota firmware allow additional logic to be handled on-device (without NR/HA server)? For example, if I want one button to turn on one relay at a time for 10 minutes each in a loop until the button is pressed again to turn it all off? This is easy to do with a server, but then if that's the case I can also use a cheaper Zigbee quad relay.

Is it possible to use the device in inching mode with different auto-off durations for each channel along with interlocking mode while the inching is already enabled? I know that by default we cannot use the device in both inching and interlocking modes but through flashing or through any other way is it possible to do.

Thank you for the tutorial. I've also used your sonoff bridge video. Can i use this switch my undefloor water heating system ? I thought it will be possible to create rules and automations with this switch + TH01 + existing actuators.

RF remotes keep the pairing but if you want to change you need to go back to the original firmware or you can still pair with Tasmota?

hello do you still think it is necewssaire to install Tamota, as of now you have the local sonoff integration, I am thinking to controll a fan which has for stages off, speed 1, 2 and 3..
I don't have any technical skills to do the flashing..

Hello Mat, can one still use RF 433MHz after flashing tasmota on this? I'm redoing the electrical wiring in my house and was thinking of ditching wired switches but would like to not depend entirely on wifi being on at any given time.

A note for anyone using Tasmotizer Windows executable - you may need to Run As Administrator to get it to use the port. The app loads ok running normally, but it bombs out after downloading the firmware. This had me troubleshooting, soldering, trying alternatives for 2 days...
