It is time for people in the west to get used to these high temperatures because that is the future. Just continue to do the same activities but carry lot of water and do it at a steady and slow pace. We are not going to be able to reverse this.

It was about 25F hotter when dinosaurs were around. If you ask a newborn what they think about summer heat, they'll say we will be dead by February when it will be 450F outside, if trends hold.
