In this tutorial I will show you how to track Lead Form Submissions on your website in Google Analytics. We will set up a GA3 event using Google Tag Manager. You can then track turn the event into a conversion and track lead form submission conversions on your website.

Thanks for your video. Have you tried Check Validation when setting up a trigger? Could it help when GA shows the wrong number of form submissions?

Thank you for the video! I have a 'sign up to our newsletter' form placed on a bunch of pages within the site. Is there a way to see which URL the form submission took place on?

My tag shows not fired, although ive followed each step?

It doesn't work here, I don't know why, but my real time report is aways empty. Have another place that we could see this custom events?

So your form ID should be the unique Identifier number in your WP form plugin, you should be able to assign a number to the form(s) in your dashboard.

Any idea why we didn't get the FORM ID ?
