I love how in this parts 0:49 anxiety's silhouette change of color from orange, to green, purple and blue

First she steps back (green/disgust), she looks at her hands (purple/fear) and then she cries (blue/sadness).

I really like the meaning of this because It represents how anxiety feels in those moments, she's disgusted with all the things she did (like bottling up the other emotions and pushing Riley to her limits and hurting her in the process), fear at seeing how much pain and hurt she has caused, and sadness at realizing all of this
