There's a spot underwater in Fontaine during sunset that everything shines yellow/orange, it's so beatiful.

Just complete the Narcizzcreuz Ordo quest line and you will have a permanent teleport waypoint there.

This is similar to how some friends and I glitched out of the map using the waterfall near the most east side of the map to get access to Ann's place again outside of the quest. Took a lot of trial and error but we made it haha
