I really admire how they don't chase every single paint defect. Most people (customers) don't understand that paint defects don't just polish out, your removing clear coat down to the defect level. I use this example to folks. Imagine you have a scratch in a piece of wood. You sand it down to remove the scratch. See the saw dust? That is wood that was removed to get the defect out. Its the same with paint. You gradually remove clear to get the defects out. Problem now a days? Paints are primarily going water based. The clear coats are still solvent based, but getting weaker and weaker every year due to EPA standards. Moral of the story? You want to keep as much clear coat as possible. Get what you can get out, and live with the rest. I really admire this attitude Phil and his Wife have towards paint correction. They are simply honest. That is VERY difficult to find in this day and age in any line of work. Thank You Guys 👍

When ur detailing the exterior do u use a wheel and tire cleaner until the cleaner lathers white on the tire or do u just scrub the tire once with soap and thats enough to apply tire shine and it won't turn brown?
