Some people study law in order to equip themselves to be better menaces to society...may we be those who study the law in order to truly do good, good for all, not self!

The Struggle continue and the Red line will be removed in the near future, this judge can feel good now for ruling against the wishes of his own people of the north. The people above the redline will never accept this line as a just line for the people of the north.

The red line is not about Amupanda, by now you are suppose to be discussing and implementing and constructing the north border line from west to east, what proposal are you having or you just fall under the same era

Some of us already knew Shafimana will go this way

The judge took it personal, while Job Amupanda is advocating for people's rights. The fact that the judge holds personal feelings against Job demonstrates that the verdict is based on a purely personal agenda. It's a shame what the Namibian nation is going through, particularly those who are affected by the matter at hand.

Are there no other ways to prevent disease spreading apart from the red line

The red line was put in place to protect the livestock of Namibia against desese that come from the north, Angola, Zambia and Zimbabwe like foot and mouth desese, and African Horse Sickness. Where there is no immunizations against these deseses done. It is for the good of the country.

In defence of Mr. Job presentation and with regards to the purchase of tĥe meat, the test should have been, was the meat tested and what were the result? The people in the North are eating meat there, and I have also eaten meat there myself on many ococcasions without suffering any ill effects. Therefore, this is a touchy point both individually and globally, therefore a balance needs to be structed otherwise we must cede the North from being an integral part of Namibia if this discrimination is permitted. In and during the colonial era, it is well noted and founded that there were intentional bias due to racism and that this has been passed down and conditioned into law. With regards to the Redline and our understanding that the North and South falls under one country and in respect of Article 10 of the Namibian Constitution as well as the lacking of scientific evidence produced in this case that the meat matter was contaminated, then Mr Job argument with regards to discrimination is well founded. The offer to give the meat to other people on the other side, the state denied him and that is wrong as other could have eaten it instead of destroying it, is sacrilliage in time of hunger, therefore that approach was unacceptable. Laws needs to be Afrocated to be in line with the people's culture and to promote ubuntu principles that were in place before the intervention of the colonial illegal boundaries.

This now sound like a personal case red line is for the Namibian people it will benefits all of us from the north not only Job. We did not say remove the fence wire but just allow us to bring our meat from the north.

We can not satisfy individual dignity over majorities dignity, more so even if you can't sufficiently proof it.

The law is that the meat must not pass the redline because of meat diseases.

So, the judgement was fair by Shafi.

Judge Ueitele is really becoming a questionable Judge now, more especially for someone sitting in the High Court. At least the theatrics in Court are over now!

Whats the use if meatco its self has more cattle at the north than the south side. Yet the meat is still going out side the county?

So, this is the judge, ha?
We need someone else, let's do better than this.
We seek the solution to our problem, not a judge who makes no sense.

This seems very personal for the judge. It's a conflict of interest.
