Exactly! Today's "old stuff" was yesterday's must have gear. I use an XT-3. As an amateur/learner it was the best value at the time. And, it's still a great camera. Because of the current selling frenzy of Fuji equipment I considered buying a used XT-4 to get the bigger battery and the IBIS. But, in the end I figured it was more important to just focus on making myself better at photography. And, the XT-3 is more than enough of a camera for me. I did however snag an XF56 v1.0 and an XF90 at super prices recently and just love them. Thanks for the info, have a great week and a Happy Thanksgiving Holiday.

Up to recently I felt tempted to upgrade from my XT2 to XT5. I love my XT2 which I had for over a year. Reason why I wanted XT5 was IBIS which I got so use to when shooting my omdem10 mk2(still got it). In the end I did upgrade recently... to XT4. Money saved will go towards new Sigma 18-50 f2.8. So far I love my XT4...except flippy screen which get time to get used too when coming from XT2 and 3 way tilt screen.

Hello Thanks for the review. If you doing video you will get longer time recording, be not worried of 30 minutes limit of X-T4,
Okay used $1350. I think the $350, 00 different, the X-T5 work it!
Give you a gap, if you need to recording a concert or event.

Sound advice Pete. I gave up on constantly trying to get the latest and greatest along time ago. I have wondered if it is worth trading up to have IBIS but at the moment I'm happy with my X-T3. In fact I recently added a couple of 'old' lenses to the line up with a second hand 35mm f1.4 and 56mm f1.2. Everyone says about the focusing on the these two being a bit slow but they are still faster than me in manual and they are good enough for anything I do.

I was honestly considering upgrading to the X-T5 from the X-T4, but my largest prints are 12X18 and I don’t believe that I would notice a big difference, my only “gripe” with the 4 is the focusing, not so much the speed (which would be nice to have) but the accuracy, many times it gets confused (as if it had a brain🤣) between my intended target (an iguana for instance) with a tree branch, it’s a good thing that I’m just an amateur and only shoot for fun.

Great video. I'm holding on to my X-T4. I feel like it hits the sweet spot of some XH features (i.e. Battery grip, flip screen, slightly bigger body/grip) in a XT body.

I have bought x-pro 3 during black friday for 1600. Yeah, maybe xt5 would be better camera, but in terms of value - i couldnt be more happy with my new x-pro3

i hope the vertical grip should lower its price down!!! and fuji should also increase xc lenses as well.
