Sick moves! My preferred way to clear that room is to just pelt them with paint-filled light bulbs via Environmental Mastery -- it's not as cool, but it's effective :)

A funny but good strategy in that room is that if you have the throw ability you can beat them by spamming bottles at them lol, good for when you wanna speed run that part

Every time I enter that area, I slowly dry out the light bulbs and throw them at both of them. What used to cause me frustration now causes me humor

If you play the Ultra Instinct theme right as he dodges the first attack it actually syncs up at times

If you hold RT/R2/Shift and keep pressing RB/R1/R between the bulbs then you can get a perfect score on this fight. No need to fight these two head on. Holding RT/R2/Shift while throwing objects speeds up environmental mastery by a lot. Hope this helps anyone who's struggling with these two.
