From Season 6 Episode 16, 'The Finale: Part 2'. Whilst Fran is giving birth to twins, C.C. and Niles get married and learn that they are also expecting a baby. After the twins are born, Maggie and Brighton head to Europe whilst Yetta and Sylvia head to California to start a new life.

It's ironic how C.C. who hates kids and can't even remember the names of the Sheffields ended up pregnant herself. She and Niles fainted because they didn't even want to be parents and all this is what C.C. hates😂
