This was really easy to use. Installation really only took 30 seconds to plug-in 2 cords. Has worked seamlessly right out of the box. No data plan to carry, and no equipment to buy. If you own a business you need to have this back-up. Apparently they offer great tech support. I wouldn't know, never had to use it. Great, Great, Great!
