Algebra 2 Lesson 1-4: Arithmetic Sequences and Series

In this lesson we discuss the concept of arithmetic sequences and arithmetic series. We talk about the explicit form of the arithmetic sequence and how to find it in various examples. We go through how to find the sum of the terms of an arithmetic sequence using the formula for arithmetic series. We go over how to write arithmetic series in sigma notation. There are also a couple of application problems on the concepts.
