Algebra 2 Lesson 1-3: Piecewise-Defined Functions

Показать описание
We focus on piecewise functions, which are functions with various rules for different x values. We talk about graphing piecewise functions as well as how to come up with the rule given the graph.

Edit: At around 19:56, for the final evaluation, it should say "Evaluate -4-x when x = 3..." so the coordinate would not be (3,11), it would be (3,-7). This means the range would be [-7,1], increasing interval would be (-6,2) U (0, 1), and decreasing interval would be (-2,0) U (1,3).

At -37.37 after the point (1, -5) why did you go back to the second rule to plug in? Or is the point (3, -7) ?
