Yeah I wish they could have saved Arnie. I once imagined a different scenario in this one. Where Arnie is barely clinging to life and his best friend and ex shout at Christine, begging her to let them take him to the hospital otherwise he is going to die. And knowing fully well that her love was on the verge of death, Christine immediately backs down, even so far is to opening her car door and allowing them to ride in her as they carry Arnie to the hospital. It would show how dedicated she truly is to Arnie, willing to stop everything to guarantee his survival. Idk 🤷‍♀️ I just imagined it a different way. My imaginations go wild.

Christine is basically a succubus in the form of a car. Saying a man's love for his car is strong is a understatement. Better love story than Twilight
