Can anyone fix this problem in Crysis2 read desc

Things to know b4 commenting:
: I am on wifi
: I am on a desktop
: yes I have the correct activation code
: I bought the game legit maximum version on steam
: this only happens in multiplayer
: I am on wifi, but my internet speed isn't that of a "potato"
