Ok so there's things that can happen such as: maybe you do not have experimental switches on in settings because sometimes it needs to be turned on for it to work. Another reason it may not work is because the version of the shader. Hope this helps!

after 1.18.30 Minecraft uses "render dragon" and it does not support most shaders, but due to it there is RTX on the PC

Bro try 1.18.30 before version
Because after this version mojang interduce render dragon

1-First check the shaders and minecraft version
2-Check if the shaders need render dragon, if so you will need to use the beta version and activate it when creating the world
3-If nothing works, go to the settings and in video look for an option that should be in simple or something like that and put it in the third option that will be above Ray tracing.

theres a way around this

use yss shaders
its a bit of a process but once its setup
you wont wanna go back

Find the “video” section
Then scroll down til you find “ray tracing” and turn it on
